Why did the customer contact us?
Customer was having a mold issue in her shower and did not want to use it because she was not wanting the mold to spread even more. She decided to replace her small corner unit with a new shower. The old shower was being taken out for mold remediation to be done, so she decided to upgrade at the same time to a larger walk in shower.
Solutions provided:
The mold issue was dealt with and a new larger walk in shower was installed in less than a day, this made the customer extremely happy. No more mold and she can move around and bath in luxury she said, a very happy customer who got the shower of her dreams.
