The customer had a bad toilet leak that compromised their sub floors in the main bathroom. They decided to do a complete bathroom remodel since they had to do the repairs, everything was having to be torn out to fix the floor. They decided to make the changes they wanted since the bathroom was having to be torn apart they were going to have it put back together how they wanted, including getting rid of the bathtub that was also leaking and didn't work as it should. They wanted a shower fitted into the small space where the tub was located. They decided on a small walk in shower with a seat, shelves and sliding doors would work best for them along with a new floor and relocating the vanity for a more stream lined look in the bathroom to eliminate the cramped feel.
We replaced and repair their damaged sub floor and installed a beautiful new wood floor of their choice, a custom shower unit that was to their specifications, along with moving and installing their old vanity which they wanted to keep, onto the same side of the room as the shower. They are very happy with the cleaner lines and space saving options they decided on, in the style they love and had wanted for a very long time. We were able to fit the shower seat, shelves and frame less glass sliding doors into the compact shower of their dreams.
