Why did the customer contact us?

Customer is retired and had a stroke recently which has cause him some mobility issues. He is wanting a walk in shower to replace his bathtub.  The sides of the bathtub are a bit cumbersome for him to get in and out of, his mobility issues are not severe so he wants his bathroom to look nice and not like a nursing home. (his words not ours)  

Solutions provided:

Our customer chose a nice clean look of San Michele Travertine for his shower surround, the bench seat, shelves and floor pan. He also chose  a chrome finish for all of his fixtures and shower door frame as well as Rain glass for the bypass doors. He is very happy with his shower choices and says he has his own in home spa now, plus he  can get rid of that ugly shower chair he has hated since his stroke. He is very happy his master bathroom finally is exactly how he has been wanting it to be for so long. We did a fast turn around time and had his shower installed and ready to use in less than two days, a very happy customer.
