Why did the customer contact us?

Customers wanted to upgrade the look and feel of their bathroom. They preferred that they got a stall that went to the ceilings instead of the way the previous shower stall stopped at the top of the shower door.
We suggested our Lux Bath line for this reason. The customers also had a leaking shower head which they wanted replaced.

Solutions provided:

We took our time with the customer as they went through all the options available from our Lux Bath Line. We installed the customers choice of travertine walls, corner caddy and bench seat. As well as a sandbar shower base and ceiling panel. This was all tied together with a sidewinder door in brushed nickel with matching shower head and valve. Customers were shocked at how the new shower door made the entire bathroom feel lighter.
