Solutions provided:

- Remove existing tub/shower fiberglass unit and install a lux bath shower w/ shower door [replace subfloor under shower if necessary].
- Remove the existing vanity top and install a cultured marble countertop to be selected w/ new faucets.
- Install snaplock flooring throughout the bathroom
- Replace toilet w/ Chair Toilet in biscuit.
- Tape and texture the ceiling.
