Comment: I did my homework and got at least five estimates; some were higher and others not. I chose Innovative Restorations because of the meeting with Dean. He spent time with me explaining all details, answering my questions until I finally understood (I'm sure I repeated some). I am a senior on a limited, fixed income, and Dean explained all options available to me, (more than I thought). Dean never failed to contact me with new ideas, which gave me the ultimate outcome. I now, have beautiful, safe walk in shower with safety features. Keenan, the project manager was very detail oriented and always answered all my questions promptly, he left me with no doubts. And the two young men who did the installation were very good, worked thru unexpected problems that presented, professional, very clean and polite. It was a delightful experience start to finish. I thank you all. Highly recommend.
